  • Are there any designer pricing programs or quantity pricing programs?
    We will address your quantities on a case by case basis, depending on your project.  We offer qualified interior designers and architectural firms the best pricing we can on a per project basis. Please see the additional pages in our SERVICES section for more about what we do and how we can help you with your project needs.
  • I have a really unusual framing need, are you able to help me?
    We have over 30 years of experience, and have solved almost every art and framing challenge there is.  Call or stop in to discuss your project- we are great problem solvers!  We also carry the largest selection of frame moldings in the St. Louis area and have access to many specialized frame and display solutions you may not be aware of.
  • Do you carry artwork and mirrors I can purchase?
    Yes- we have an extensive library of artwork and mirror sources.  Stop by our showroom or call to discuss your specific needs.
  • Can I send my client to your showroom?
    Yes, we just ask that you call ahead and let us know they are coming!
  • Are most of your projects local, or do you help designers outside of Missouri?
    While local and regional projects are how we developed a name for ourselves, we are now a nationwide leader in commercial artwork projects.

  • So your company can handle large quantities?
    Absolutely!  This is our specialty.  We have a 30,000 sf factory.
  • Do you only do framing and design for large jobs?
    No, we will work with designers to complete one piece or 1000 pieces!
  • Are you open to the general public?
    No, we are a wholesale artwork and framing company, working closely with interior designers and architectural firms.  We also work closely with our local artists to support their art and framing needs.
  • Does Arch work with eco-friendly products or in ways that ease impact on the environment?
    Great question!  We have access to many products that are recycled or produced in ways that have very low impact on the environment.  We also work very hard to be as efficient and accurate as possible in our own daily processes, so we aren’t wasting materials or resources.

  • How long will it take to turn around my order?
    Everything depends on the number of pieces you are ordering.  We are a very efficient shop, so call to discuss your timeframe needs.
  • I like my current frame shop- what do you offer that is any different?
    Our shop easily handles large volume projects and superior quality.  Volume alone gives us powerful pricing options your framer may not be able to access.  We also specialize in working with designers and design firms, who often need quick turnaround, specialized solutions, and a level of attention smaller shops may not be able to provide.  Go ahead, put us to the test!
  • Can you install artwork?
    Yes, we have highly qualified artwork installers with many years of experience who install and have installed projects coast to coast.  Our installers have vast experience installing all types of artwork, from small pieces to large, sculptural or atrium works.
  • Can you help me select artwork and mirrors for my project?
    Absolutely!  This is a complementary service we offer to designers and architectural firms.  We have an extensive library of artists and artwork sources - from poster prints to original art to custom commissions, we can help you!
  • Can you ship my completed artwork and mirrors anywhere in the country?
    Yes, we do this all the time!  We can also ship internationally.
  • What kinds of projects do you generally work on?
    We specialize in creating quality art and framing solutions for healthcare, hospitality, commercial interiors, and residential markets.
